Client Administrative Coordinator for Williams Media Group oversees all administrative duties and services for both radio stations, KOFM and KGWA, as well as digital billboards and digital advertising products. Duties include daily general computer data entry, inputting all sales orders from sales team, liaison between station and advertising agency on all traffic related problems, maintains and generates daily commercial logs with Marketron Visual Traffic system, generates all daily, weekly and monthly reports for sales and programming. Performs billing practices such as: monthly billing, monthly accounts receivables, and accounts payables. Liaison between clients and sales, and between sales and production. Employee works with sales members on promotional materials. Employee manages website activity and Social Media platforms for both radio stations; designs and implements both client and station banners on the website; determines client performance for both websites. Employee answers calls to Radio Station, assists listeners, and prize winners. Runs Bids for Bargains program, works with clients, helps with promotions and customer relations, including payment and delivery of items during the three month period. Assists with special events and promotions, after hours work or weekend work may be required.
