TH)--The annual Oklahoma sales tax holiday falls on the first weekend in August this year, just in time for back-to-school shopping. Tax-free weekend begins at 12:01 a.m. Friday and ends at midnight on Sunday. During that time frame, certain clothing and shoe purchases and other qualified items are exempt from state, city, county and local sales taxes.
